Captain Sebastian Bach's background and information
During the invasion of the British Isles by William the Conqueror he was accompanied by a Norman knight of the house of Farlais castle. The knight settled in the isles and changed his name to the English pronounciation of "Farlay". So the house of Farlay came to Britain. In 1621 an young and ambitious esquire named Thomas Farlay married Lady Jane Sefton and both set sail for adventure in the new colonies of the America's. In 1623 abourd the "ann" they arrived at Archers Hope Virginia and began a carreer as a barrister. One of they're daughter's, Ann, born aboard the ship Ann 1624 married married an army Colonel named Richard Bach. The Bach were Hessians in the service of the crown there in the colonies.
As time went by the families were always close. Two cousins were especially close. Thomas Farlay (born 1692) and Sebastian Bach (born 1691). The two boys shared a mutual love for the sea. Thomas joined His Majesties Royal Navy while Sebastian piloted merchant vessels along the eastern seaboard. When activities and war ingited in the Carribean Thomes quickly answered the call only to be followed by Sebastian who chose to Privateer. Both serve the crown today and hunt British enemies on the seas. Sebastian's Wife Elizabeth and his bussiness partner Osbourn Hannay have taken over running the merchant shipping company.
When ever an ally of the crown is in need they will be there.
